Baroota to Burra by Jessica Dames AM
This book is dedicated to all the people who were involved initially with the AETT from 1956 and since 1991 the IAF.
"The Encyclopedia Britannica defines art as the use of skill and imagination in the creation of objects, environments, or experiences, that can be shared by others, i.e. painting, sculpture, literature, theatre, music, and film.
To me, this seems a little bit dry to describe the arts in this way. You know when you have been touched by something which stops you in your tracks, and you donāt ever forget the experience; it stays with you, and you want to share the experience ... that is true appreciation of the arts."
~ Jessica Dames AM
